Washington State is located in the Pacific Northwest. Washington is known as the Evergreen State because there are many evergreen trees. The state is popular for hiking trails with lots of parks and scenic places. The biggest mountain is Mount Ranier in the Cascade Range which includeds many glaciers. There is lots of rain on the west side of the state while the east side is sunny.
